Base Spirit: Sebago Potato grown in Dorrigo NSW.

Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, orange, ginger, bay leaf, clove and rosella flower.

Still: Our 200 litre column still - "Cecil"

Tasting Notes: On the nose it is clean and bright; with a distinctive juniper and citrus profile. On the palate it has a very smooth, earthy and viscous mouthfeel followed by strong citrus notes enhanced by the slight zing of rosella. The finish is long and dominated by the Valencia with the gentle warmth of clove to round it off. Elegant, simple pleasure!

Due to the popularity of this gin, we have decided to do another final distillation. This product will now be available into the New Year 2022.
