Cellar Door


We are open for bottle sales, or to have a G&T or cocktail at the bar or under the trees. As we are a Licensed premises it is not permitted to bring your own alcohol. Bookings are not necessary, but if you have a large group (greater than 6 people) please give us a quick call to confirm on 0498 610 651.

You are most welcome to bring your children, however, it is a licensed premise and also a working farm, so they must be supervised at all times.

Smoking and / or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the farm.

We have a selection of cheeses, locally smoked trout, cured meats, and jerky as well as condiments including our own berry gin jelly and boozy dates for your own grazing board, to enjoy at the distillery.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

11 am - 4ish

Our Cellar Door experience offers a tour of our distillation shed, by our head distiller, our still “Cecil” and how he works his magic, our handcrafted process from fermentation to bottling, and a guided tasting of 5 gins. You also have the option to taste our liqueur range

We run 5 tasting sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday per day at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm - Bookings are essential!

Plenty of parking for large vehicles.

To avoid disappointment bookings are highly recommended for tour and tastings and can be made on our booking page, below.

Tastings take about 45 minutes. If, for some reason, your day doesn’t go to plan or you are stuck on the highway, please call ahead and let us know so we can shuffle things about!
