Beer Liqueur originates from Germany, where it is widely enjoyed as an aperitif or digestif.

Big Winter Liqueur is part of an exciting collaboration with New England Brewing Co. to create Australia's first beer liqueur. We’ve paired their Belgian Dark Ale with some cheeky white rum spirit, added some deliciousness and a little magic.

The result is a burnt caramel, maple & raisin flavoured elixir. Simply enjoy on its own, over ice with a squeeze of lime. An excellent ingredient in an Affogato or if you’re game, spice up your breakfast bacon with a drizzle of this bad boy! Oh Yes!
