Apple Gin

We have fermented and distilled Fuji Apples grown by Greenhill Orchards at Arding to  produce a wonderful crisp gin. The addition of organic juniper, Australian cinnamon and other ‘Apple pie’ spices to the Apple Spirit has created a memorable and unique Gin, which will please all palates.

Consume neat, mixed with a quality tonic or a sparkling apple juice. A limited run of 60 bottles for the Gin enthusiast and afficiandos.
