Mountain Man

This misty hued gin takes our classic dry gin to greater altitudes, with double the concentration of botanicals in our classic Highlands Australian Dry Gin.

Mountain Man Gin contains the exact same botanicals as Highlands Gin:- Juniper, orange, coriander, ginger, cloves and bay, but they are in a different ratio.  This results in a bigger, richer gin, with a different mouth feel. This Gin may sometimes appear cloudy with the high levels of terpenes, the flavour chemical family found in orange and juniper. Take it to a warmer climate and it will clear! Typically, drinkers comment on the orange forward nature of this gin.

Great in a classic G&T this gin will also mix with other liqueurs and full flavoured ingredients to create great, memorable cocktails. Frozen and poured into a chilled glass, vermouth not required, results in a full flavoured Martini, garnish with an olive. Resist the temptation to either shake or stir!
