Lime Gin

Packing a fantastic citrus punch with the taste of Tahitian limes in every drop. Bright, clean and smooth

Lime peel is the predominate botanical in this gin and it is ably combined with juniper, lemon myrtle, lemon thyme, coriander and star anise, all balanced in a potato spirit base. This gin is citrus forward with a full lime flavour.  Star anise can be somewhat of a polarising botanical, but the flavour to most palates is quite subtle. This is a great summer drinking gin, try with ½ to ¾ of a nip in a long glass and  plenty of ice. Top with your favourite tonic – we use Long Rays Pacific Tonic. However, we have just as many devotees who prefer soda.  Exceptionally refreshing, enjoy under a shady tree or perhaps whilst dabbling on the seashore. No citrus garnish required.
