Splitter's Swamp Vineyard is located just south of Tenterfield in northern NSW. They produce a small range of premium quality red wines. We have used their Shiraz wine to produce a spirit with a big Shiraz flavour which is then infused with Certified Organic Juniper and re-distilled. Extra flavours are derived from the use of Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa) which adds plum, rhubarb and raspberry tones which complement Shiraz and juniper beautifully. Makes a stunning G&T. We use Fever Tree Indian or Mediterranean tonic.
