Lime Gin - 700ml

We are excited to advise that we have reformulated our Lime Gin, following further trials for continual improvement of our products.

Lime spirit is macerated with juniper, coriander, lemon myrtle, star anise and thyme and then re-distilled and then diluted to 45% alc v/v. We have 'tweeked' some fermentation and distillation processes and captured perfect complementary lime and juniper pairing!!

What a G&T this one makes!!!!
